360 Video Experience (3 hours)

Service Description

Jones Crew Productions (“The Provider”) The Provider agrees to provide the a 360 Video Experience (100 cm) Platform that holds up to 5 people and captures a 360-degree video using an orbiting arm. The Provider requires access to venue up to 60 minutes before the event for setup and up to 60 minutes after the event for breakdown. Travel costs are covered in any package up to a 25 mile radius from zip code 33029. If travel is beyond the designated service area, the minimum hours for the event shall be 3 hrs. The Client will arrange for minimum appropriate space of 8 ft (L) x 8 ft (W) x 8 ft (H). The area where the 360 Video Experience is to be set up is reasonably accessible and has dry and level ground. The 360 Video Experience equipment requires reliable access to internet connection to use when sending video files instantly. In the event that internet connection is not available, SMS and Email will queue all submissions and be sent once internet connection becomes available. The Provider agrees to have a qualified technician onsite to maintain and operate the 360 Video Experience Platform.
